THE ELABORATION PROCESS IN OUR CREAMERY

After testing the milk we begin various elaborations for differing cheese types, using the most modern operating systems to guarantee maximum health and hygiene standards, while preserving the cheese-making traditions passed down for centuries from generation to generation of the Extremadura ancestors.

With the drive of our young, dynamic, expert team our fresh sheep milk is magnificently transformed into our different and equally exquisite cheeses.  Capturing the Extremadura countryside and its age-old cheese-making traditions and delivering it to the tables of the most demanding, modern day cheese-lovers.
