I first arrived to Spain working for the CIA in World War II. A few years later, I met who would soon to be my husband, Luis de Figueroa y Perez de Guzman el Bueno, The Count of Romanones, who had several estates throughout Spain.
SINCE THE XIII CENTURY
Finca Pascualete is a family run business whose origins date back to the beginning of the XIII Century. In 1232 Don Fernán Ruiz Altamirano, after helping in the conquest of Trujillo, was given this land that is today Finca Pascualete, located in the heart of Extremadura’s pasture lands.

Finca Pascualete offers a wide range of cheeses with a unique taste, scent and texture, as the result of a completely ecological and hand-crafted process.
